Recipto Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Recipto for your gift card purchases. We aim to provide a seamless and trustworthy experience for all our users. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once a gift card has been successfully delivered to the user.
  • Gift cards are digital products and are non-returnable once issued.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
    • The gift card code is invalid or not working at the time of redemption.
    • There is a confirmed redemption issue from the brand’s end.
  • If a valid issue is verified, Recipto may, at its discretion:
    • Provide a replacement gift card, or
    • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refund Process

To report an issue with a gift card, please contact us at contact@recipto.in with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Gift card code details
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or proof of the redemption error (if available)

Our team will coordinate with the respective brand to verify the issue. Verified refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 business days after confirmation. Once processed, the refund may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Recipto is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect redemption, partial usage, or delays caused by third-party brands.
  • Users are advised to review brand-specific terms and conditions before purchase.
